We are recruiting for a role in our Customer Service capability, the position is primarily focused on the order to fulfillment (OTIF) function and will also provide exposure to logistics, supply chain, glass production, and warehouse/shipping.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly motivated, with prior experience. The candidate will be expected to learn the business, understand our processes, identify/lead improvement projects, Service Level and establish relationships with related stakeholders.

The work location will be 10th of ramandan city, Sharqia Egypt.

What You Will Do

  • Handling Key account order management process through the value chain in AME
  • Management of the communication with the sales department and customers.
  • Follow-up procedures for checking issued orders to verify compliance with the stipulated conditions and specifications.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes.
  • Follow up on shipment schedule to ensure the accuracy of its arrival and departure dates to have contingency plans in case of delays.
  • Manage incoming calls from customers and deal with their inquiries.
  • Follow-up all laws and regulations on export and inspection arrangements
  • Ensuring an appropriate order flow.
  • Cooperation with the finance department to resolve any accounts issues.
  • Manage customers feedback, opportunities, and complaints.
  • Working closely with different departments within the value chain.
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports.
  • Working on Salesforce system for initiating orders and claims
  • Ecommerce onboarding and customer support.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or another related field.
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills demonstrated by the handling of multiple challenges and tasks with a strong attention to detail
  • Problem solving/critical thinking skills as well as the utilization of economic thinking analysis
  • Strong M-office skills with the ability to create relevant reports and perform effective analysis of data

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Sales Force/CRM/ Customer Portal systems and practices is a plus
  • Passion to work in sales, customer service and working in a collaborative team
