???? Your mission will be to provide customer service in the French and English language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.

???? Requirements:

• Required languages: French Native and English Advanced (minimum C1). No Spanish required.
• Required experience: Experience in customer service.
• Others requirements: Residence in Madrid.

???? What do we offer you?

• Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
• Full time 39 hours/week.
• Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 6pm.
• Modality of work: On-site. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome.
• Salary of 1581,55€ gross per month.
