Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeJob Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Marketing Contact Center team. The successful candidate will make calls on behalf of our field representatives to set up annual review appointments with our current customers. The role involves various aspects of customer service, including answering inquiries via phone and email, taking orders, and providing follow-up services. The representative will also conduct research to troubleshoot customer problems, ensuring their needs are met and their policies are up to date.
Responsibilities
Make 130 calls per day to current customers to schedule 10 appointments per day.
Set up appointments to review and renew current policies, ensuring they meet customer needs.
Answer inquiries via phone and email, take orders, and provide follow-up services.
Conduct research to troubleshoot customer problems.
Use provided scripts and talk tracks to communicate effectively with customers.
Essential Skills
Prior customer service experience (retail or office experience).
Experience handling phones.
Ability to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner over the phone.
Basic computer skills.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm CST, and the position is 100% onsite. This is a 1-year contract role. Performance metrics include attendance, reliability, and the ability to meet the goal of making 130 calls per day and scheduling 10 appointments per day. Failure to meet these goals on a monthly basis could result in disciplinary action, with three strikes leading to termination.
