Responsibilities include:
• Order entry, monitoring activities, and collecting data and reporting information.
• Capable of developing a strong knowledge of product features, benefits, intended use, value proposition, and competitive position. Applies product and industry knowledge to drive sales and serve customer needs.
• Accurately completing order documentation and/or contract discussions.
• Communicating with existing and potential customers and vendors providing technical information/support and the availability of products and services, maintaining a strong customer rapport
• Preparing quotes and then communicating to customers.
- Communicating with Shipping and receiving to ensure products are shipping on time. Skills: Professional Phone EtiquetteCustomer Service PersonalityTech SavvyOur ideal candidate has a strong work history, dependable,A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred. Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
