Customer Service in Grand Prairie, Texas

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

  • Resolve customer issues or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner

  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a fast and accurate manner

  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Track and report on customer feedback and service issues

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

  • Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A friendly and positive attitude
