Description
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer issues or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a fast and accurate manner
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Track and report on customer feedback and service issues
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A friendly and positive attitude
