A toy production company in Streetsboro, OH is seeking a Customer Service Rep to get started immediately. They are headed in to their busy season with Christmas fastly approaching. Seeking someone with customer support experience ideally in a call center enviornment. If you are interested please today!

salary: $16 – $17 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

• Incumbent communicates with customers by telephone or email.

• Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.

• First point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling, etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma

• 2 to 3 years related work experience

If you have similar experience and are looking for the right company to get into, this is the best option out there! Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM and working closely within a smaller office team! Detail oriented, positive attitude and great support and contact helping others solve their concerns is what this role is all about!
