We are currently seeking candidates for a Call Center Customer Service Representative position with EZPass (https://www.e-zpassiag.com/about-us/overview)
Position Details:
Shifts: Monday to Friday (day shifts)
Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual begins on your first day, holiday pay, and the opportunity to apply for remote work after 90 days.
Work set-up: Onsite (You may apply for a remote set-up after 90 days of training)
Placement Type: Contract (5 years)
We are looking for individuals with at least one year of customer service experience, strong computer skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. This role involves answering incoming calls, providing account information to customers, and processing new applications and payments.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
Computer proficiency and data entry skills
High School Diploma or GED (verification required)
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Valid Driver’s License
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr.
