???? Customer Service Professional with Czech????

Location: remote work from Poland

Your daily tasks:

✅ Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone); 

✅ Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management; 

✅ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality; 

What do we expect from you?

???? Language: Proficiency in Czech (C2/native);

???? Experience: Cool if you have experience in medical project;

???? Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills; 

???? Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:

???? Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract); 

???? Basic salary + bonuses; 

???? Work environment: Fully remote across Poland.
