???? Customer Service Specialist with Dutch and English???? 

Location: Remote from Poland

Your daily tasks:

✅ Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone); 

✅ Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management; 

✅ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality; 

✅ Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner; 

✅ Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?

???? Language: Proficiency in Dutch (B2) and English (B2); 

???? Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales; 

???? Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills; 

???? Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:

???? Type of contract: employment contract
