GDAŃSK

hybrid mode – 2 days/week from the office

Your daily tasks:

✅ Providing the highest level of customer service (phone/e-mail) in fin-tech industry; 

✅ Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management; 

✅ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality; 

✅ Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner; 

✅ Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction. 

What do we expect from you?

???? Language: Proficiency in German (C1) and basic English (A2); 

???? Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales; 

???? Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills; 

???? Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:

???? Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract); 

???? Basic salary + bonuses; 

⌚ Flexible working hours: 7:00 am – 10:00 pm, Monday – Sunday (5 days per week, 8 hours a day); 

???? hybrid work (only 2 days from the office in Gdańsk)
