Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative who will be based 100% Onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The chosen candidate will be a key part of our team, handling an array of tasks related to customer service and data management. This role is essential to ensuring efficient operations within our industry.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently and accurately handle customer credit applications
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns through active listening and effective de-escalation techniques
• Collaborate with global departments to address customer requests and deliver effective solutions
• Guide and support customers on billing inquiries, service complaints, and general assistance needs
• Consistently meet or exceed performance and quality standards in customer interactions
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and email correspondence
• Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls, and schedule appointments as necessary
• Assist customers in selecting their needs while recommending products that enhance their overall experience
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls is required.
• Previous experience in a call center customer service role is a must.
• Superior customer service skills are necessary.
• Ability to accurately perform data entry tasks.
• Experience with email correspondence is essential.
• Familiarity with both inbound and outbound calls is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required.
• Experience with order entry is a must.
