Customer Service Representative

Located in Georegetown, TX

Salary: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour DOE

Express has partnered with a rapidly growing distributor of electro-mechanical components in Georgetown, TX, known for delivering top-tier service and high-quality products. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our client’s dynamic team.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for resolving issues, answering product-related inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Our client operates in a fast-paced and evolving environment, where adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence are essential. You will need to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of precision in your work.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by answering questions via phone and email.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Learn and understand product details to assist customers with inquiries.
Process sales orders, work orders, RMAs, forms, applications, and other customer requests.
Document and track customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Regularly update open order report status to the sales department.
Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer service process.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience with a proven record of high customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience in distribution component sales or technical sales, particularly in electro-mechanical components, is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
