Customer Service Representative

This position has you delivering excellent customer service. You need to care about your customer needs, have a focus on quality, problem solving, documentation and listening skills.

Here is What You Will Be Doing

Effectively manage full cycle recruitment process for client’s requirements· Receive and process orders, filling them promptly and according to our commitment· Craft job ads, screen applicants, interview, reference and place skilled professionals in the workforce· Communicate with customers by phone, through email and in person to ensure the best service possible – manage on-site employees at client workplaces· Works collaboratively with entire team to identify and meet client needs. · Meet goals of production-driven, goal oriented position

• Strong customer service acumen
• Desire to succeed and make a difference
• Positive attitude with a problem solving mentality
• Posses vehicle to be onsite at our largest steel company
• Strong interpersonal skills

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

Occasional out-of-town trips will be required to attend special events and training sessions.· Must be able to work effectively under the stress of daily commitments and deadlines.· The pace is fast, the tools are strong, and the culture is positive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000 – $65,000 per year
