About the Role
Our call centre is looking for punctual, reliable, and flexible team players who are committed to excellence.
What You Bring:

  • Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in an inbound call center setting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong listening abilities, a professional telephone manner, and the skill to engage customers with enthusiasm and tact.
  • Tech-Savvy: A willingness to learn technical processes related to a variety of products and services.
  • Performance-Driven: A desire to meet or exceed monthly performance metrics, including call quality and efficiency.
  • Positive Attitude: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with email, FTP, DNS, or website troubleshooting is a definite plus.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work shifts during our operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bilingualism: Proficiency in English and French is an asset but not required.
