Express Employment Professionals Calgary South is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for our transportation client in the southeast of Calgary, AB. This role is responsible for processing and coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, managing customer accounts, and communicating with internal departments. Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and complaints promptly, obtaining and evaluating relevant information.
- Generate freight bills and scan paperwork into the in-house system.
- Update forms, reports, and manage customers’ accounts.
- Handling back orders and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Efficiently process data entry in WMS for various merchandise tasks: receiving, stocking, shipping, replenishment, and picking.
- Direct unresolved issues to designated resources and coordinate with internal departments.
- Communicate with carriers and other team members.
- Maintain a high level of organization in handling paperwork and documentation.
- Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment.
- Experience working in Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience working with Pyramid software is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 annually.
- In office position located in the SE of Calgary
