We are seeking candidates for Onsite downtown Toronto 5 days a week – Summer Student Work – Are you a University of Toronto student looking for contract employment opportunities between semesters? • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a call center customer service role is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Accurate and swift data entry skills, to ensure all customer information is correctly recorded and updated.
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, to handle data management and reporting tasks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and management.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring no scheduling conflicts and optimum utilization of resources.
