Permanent full-time position
Schedule: 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday
Location : 3080 Boul. le Carrefour, Laval, QC H7T 2R5, Canada
WORK ON-SITE ONLYWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative for Kenny U-Pull’s Call Center, located in front of the Carrefour Laval. Reporting to the Call Center Supervisor, you will play the crucial role of ambassador for our trademark, and you will be responsible to create, for every client you will interact with, an outstanding personalized experience. More specifically, your daily tasks will be:

• Answering calls and general inquiries of clients who would like to have information on our stocks, prices and mode of operation;
• Taking the time to understand the specific needs of each client and propose personalized solutions;
• Inform the clients on our various products (batteries, tires, etc.) and services;
• Guide the clients in the utilization of our website;
• Promote in-person visits to our several branches;
• Register the clients to our personalized email system « Alert-Me »;
• Any other task related to the role.

Qualifications

• A year of experience in customer service
• Excellent interpersonal communication
• Feel Comfortable working in a high pace environment
• Interest in the automotive industry
• Functional Bilingualism (required to answer the French and English calls coming from everywhere in Canada)
