Our large distribution client in the Vernon Hills area is seeking a CSR to join their team! Work for a company that is customer-focused, eco-conscious, and has been in business for 30+ years. Details below!

Job Highlights:

• Temp to Hire, Pay: $18/hr
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
• Immediate benefits available while working through Express that include Medical, Dental, Vision, Short & Long Term disability, Employee Assistance Program, and weekly paychecks!

Job Duties:

• Answering inbound/outbound calls (40/day, double during busy season)
• Respond to email and chat inquiries (60/day, double during busy season)
• Placing orders for customers
• Handling refunds
• Answer questions related to payments, products, refunds

Ideal Candidate:

• Seeking candidates who are reliable, excellent communicators, willing to learn
• Some college coursework preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
