Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a company in the field of optofluidic engineering and manufacturing that specializes in developing advanced solutions that integrate optical and fluidic technologies for a wide range of industrial applications

We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

What you get to do:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer inquiries
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

What you need to be successful:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Schedule: 8 hour – Day shift

Pay: $20.00
