Customer Service Representative (High VOLUME) in Solana Beach, California

Description

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to join our client’s team. This individual will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls. The ideal applicant will display excellent communication abilities and superb problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries over the phone, email or chat.

• Adapt to different customer personalities and scenarios while maintaining a calm demeanor.

• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.

• Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every call.

  Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role; call center experience a plus.

• Energetic, friendly, and a superb communicator.

• Quick thinker and problem solver.

• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
