IMMEDIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED

FULL TIME

MONDAY – FRIDAY 830AM-530PM OR 9AM-6PM

PROVIDENCE, RI

$18/HR

Qualifications: FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

  • 1 year of office experience in customer service or administration

  • Microsoft Office proficient

  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally.

  • Enter order-processing information quickly and accurately.

  • Ensure maintenance of manual order entry skills and supplies for use in the even of system failure.

  • Recognize customers by name.

  • Provide accurate service and pricing information

  • Complete all inquiries regarding trace requests and communicate status to customer(s).

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by handling all complaints and referring them internally for action.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 – $17.50/hr.
