Customer Service Representative in Addison, Texas

Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the real estate industry, located in Addison, Texas, 75001, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity, where you will be providing support for an upcoming event. As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will revolve around managing and executing RSVP calls, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct RSVP calls for an upcoming realtor event

• Efficiently manage the scheduling of the event

• Ensure all event related tasks are executed within the given timeframe

• Maintain and update event records accurately

• Utilize purchase order number 26448 for the event

• Handle inquiries related to the event

• Perform filing duties when required

• Monitor and take appropriate actions on customer accounts

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Process customer applications with attention to detail. Requirements • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.

• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm.

• Able to resolve customer complaints and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.

• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.

• Superior listening skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask.

• Proficiency in filing and record keeping.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional phone etiquette.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Willingness to learn and improve continually.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
