Description We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This role involves engaging with customers in a professional manner, maintaining accurate customer records, and efficiently resolving customer inquiries. This role is within a call center environment and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers in a professional, face-to-face environment, understanding their needs and articulating solutions.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Proactively pursue and follow up on any leads provided on a daily basis.
• Attend mandatory meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
• Stay informed about what the competition is doing in your market.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and email correspondence.
• Schedule appointments and manage inbound and outbound calls. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in a call center customer service environment
• Proven skills in data entry and order entry
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Experience in answering inbound calls professionally and courteously
• Demonstrated ability to manage email correspondence effectively
• Capable of scheduling appointments in an organized manner
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively.
