We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Operations Representative. In this role, you will interact with customers over the phone, providing solutions to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for accurate data entry and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries via phone, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.

Resolve customer issues promptly by troubleshooting and offering appropriate solutions.

Log customer interactions and enter relevant data into the company’s system.

Maintain organized records of customer issues, actions taken, and follow-up tasks.

Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and ensure timely resolution.

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Collaborate with other departments when needed to resolve customer concerns.

Continuously improve problem-solving techniques and learn about company products and services.
Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or a phone-based support role.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain solutions clearly.

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in data entry and the ability to manage large volumes of information.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software or similar systems is a plus.

Positive attitude and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and empathy.
