Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Blaine, Minnesota, United States. In this role, you will manage a variety of customer inquiries, disputes, and complaints, while also coordinating with various internal departments to ensure timely product delivery. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries related to transactions, products, and services.

• Efficiently resolve customer disputes and complaints in a professional manner.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, procurement, production, quality, sales, and shipping to ensure product delivery timelines are met.

• Serve as a technical support liaison and provide basic technical assistance related to our products and services.

• Receive and process order information through various channels such as phone, web portals, email, and regional sales.

• Follow up as required to clarify order information, pricing, and shipping methods.

• Manage documentation effectively and proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for various tasks.

• Prioritize and multitask daily activities effectively.

• Display excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Handle technical problems and offer solutions.

• Use Spanish language skills as needed for customer service. Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls.

• Experience in call center customer service is a must.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Ability to efficiently perform data entry tasks.

• Proficient in managing email correspondence.

• Knowledge of order entry process.

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suites.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems.

• Spanish language proficiency is required.

• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
