Customer Service Representative
CPM Holdings Inc. is a leading process and equipment solutions provider to the oilseed, animal feed, biomass, food, and materials processing industries. We also serve the corn wet milling, pet food, ethanol and wood industries and are the world leader in pelleting, particle size reduction equipment and automation. CPM has more than 1,200 employees with production facilities in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative role is responsible for CPM’s Global Die customer accounts. The position will focus on sales and relationships for the company with outside sales representatives and customers. Within this role the representative will work between the direct customers, outside representatives, and internal support teams to ensure CPM’s customers are taken care of in a quick professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare sales quotes, sales orders, and communications for customers.
Support on-site customer solutions
Build relationships with customers and sales representatives
Order and data entry in SAP
Increase die support and services for CPM’s equipment lines
Maintains a variety of records requiring classification and compilation of varied information regarding P.O.’s and communication with customers.
Drafts correspondence; answers questions or complaints and makes adjustments within established limits with Customers.

Customer focus, trustworthy, team player, results focused, adaptability, attention to detail
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience within sales, logistics, or order fulfillment, as well have strong time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and a strong work ethic. The candidate should be bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Portuguese is not required but is preferred.
Experience:
Strong grasp on basic sales tactics and customer relations
Exceptional communication (written and oral) skills
Experience successfully managing multiple accounts simultaneously, collaboration and working successfully with multiple departments
Technical, mechanical or engineering experience is not necessary but would be helpful for training to understand CPM equipment
Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft programs including Word, Outlook and Excel
Effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Technical knowledge base and the desire to learn
Dependability, attention to detail and the ability to follow and interpret procedures
