Customer Service Representative in Boca Raton, Florida

Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Boca Raton, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication by answering inbound calls and directing them as necessary

• Monitor and manage the main company voicemail, responding to messages promptly

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries received through phone calls

• Oversee the Customer Service email inbox, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner

• Generate customer service shipping labels when required and prepare outgoing replacement packages

• Enter all Customer Service related data into the database accurately

• Receive and sort all incoming mail, courier deliveries, and shipments

• Maintain the organization of the sample room and keep track of replacement inventory

• Perform various general office administrative tasks as needed

• Utilize spreadsheet software for various tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm.

• Must possess problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Able to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally.

• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.

• Ability to work in a team and foster a positive work environment.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, if required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.

• Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be a plus.

• Excellent data entry and typing skills.
