Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at our location in Brevard, North Carolina. In this role, you will be assisting customers through both incoming and outgoing calls, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring all customer interactions are handled in a detail oriented and courteous manner.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer inquiries and orders, ensuring all details are recorded in our systems.
• Handle new customer enrollment, providing them with an understanding of our services.
• Efficiently manage customer requests, identifying their needs, and documenting the call for future reference.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve any issues they may have, communicating outcomes as needed.
• Update all relevant records in our systems, adhering to our Corporate Compliance Guidelines.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our policies, procedures, and the skills necessary to perform your duties.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our product offerings to assist customers effectively.
• Foster positive working relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
• Utilize your computer skills and knowledge of applications and systems to perform your duties effectively.
• Support the Department’s Leadership Team in achieving departmental goals through task completion and ongoing training. Requirements • Proven experience in Answering Inbound Calls in a detail-oriented manner.
• Prior experience in a Call Center Customer Service role is crucial.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills are necessary for this role.
• Proficiency in Data Entry is required to maintain and update customer information.
• Capability to manage Email Correspondence effectively and efficiently.
• Experience in handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word for drafting communications and reports.
• Experience in Order Entry to process customer requests accurately.
