Customer Service Representative in Brookfield, Connecticut

Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Brookfield, Connecticut. The role is focused on managing customer accounts and inquiries in a diligent manner. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a large volume of inbound calls and occasionally making outbound calls to clients.

• Conducting data entry tasks for account management which includes updating, entering, and creating accounts.

• Distributing warranties to customers as required.

• Scrutinizing reports for any necessary updates to customer files such as closing out, reactivating, or extending.

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for basic functionality tasks.

• Delivering strong customer service and demonstrating the ability to multitask effectively. Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service is required.

• Proficiency in Data Entry is necessary.

• Must have experience handling Inbound and Outbound Calls.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.

• Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications are a plus.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or on holidays, if required.
