Description We are searching for a skilled Customer Service Representative in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Brooklyn, New York. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be involved in handling customer inquiries and applications related to property administration, ensuring accurate customer records, and taking appropriate actions based on account monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer applications related to property administration.

• Maintain precise customer records to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking necessary actions based on account status.

• Utilize ‘Yardi’ software for efficient data management and customer service.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service process.

• Solve customer issues related to property administration, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Update customer details in the database, ensuring the accuracy of information.

• Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates and information.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and privacy policies. Requirements • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry

• Proficiency in using Yardi software is a must

• Demonstrated ability in handling customer queries and complaints

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Proven record of punctuality and reliability

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations is desirable

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required

• Must have the legal right to work in the designated country.
