We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Telecom Services industry, located in BUFFALO, New York, 14228, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with handling customer inquiries, scheduling, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a quality customer experience throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

• Schedule appointments and resolve any related issues.

• Ensure quality customer experience throughout the installation process.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and email correspondence.

Requirements

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service

• Experience with data entry and order entry tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Experience in scheduling appointments

• Knowledge of the telecom services industry

• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a team and independently.
