Customer Service Representative in Camarillo, California

Hours : Monday through Friday 8-hour workday starting between 7am-9am

    Job Duties :

  • Customer Service representative will provide high level of customer service by inputting and ensuring correct processing of customer orders, returns, and repairs submitted via various input methods.

  • Process invoice orders and prepares/ sends paper and email invoices to customers

  • Participates in process improvement efforts to build capacity, improve service, and improve quality on an as needed basis.

  • Assists customers via phone, live chat, and e-commerce with questions regarding products, pricing, and order details and first level technical assistances.

  • Assists with coordination of Shipping, Production, accounting, and Quality Control with level 1 and 2 CSR reps when needed.

  • Coordinate and process instrument repairs on behalf of customer. Follow processes in all business systems to track repairs until process is fully complete.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $22.00/hr.
