Customer Service Representative in Canton, Ohio

Description

We are looking for a meticulous Customer Service Representative to join our team located in a Canton, Ohio. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily tasked with maintaining customer accounts, resolving customer queries, and processing customer applications. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications.

• Provide assistance to customers by offering product and service information.

• Resolve product and service issues faced by customers.

• Enter sales quotations and orders on a daily basis.

• Ensure customer records are up-to-date by revising account information.

• Manage multiple accounts while supporting external sales representatives.

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks.

• Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Document all customer interactions and communications.

• Perform data entry tasks related to customer service.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, adept at handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently

• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers

• Strong data entry skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

• Experience in email correspondence, able to communicate professionally and effectively in writing

• Skilled in both inbound and outbound calls, able to manage high call volumes without compromising quality of service

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of managing, analyzing, and presenting data

• Experience in order entry, able to process customer orders accurately and promptly

• Knowledge of documentation procedures, capable of maintaining accurate records and files related to customer interactions TalentMatch®
