Description
The Customer Service I reps will be responsible for taking inbound calls and scheduling technicians. They will be taking roughly 25-35 calls per day that will last between 3-15 minutes depending on the call. They will working with bank tellers, brand managers, or store employees to help resolve the issues over the phone. They’ll also take tier I calls when there is overflow from the other departments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must:
1 year of customer service experience – preferably with dispatching or tech support
40 WPM
HS Diploma
reliability
problem solving skills (IOI/references)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $19.00
