Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Carrollton, Texas. The role functions within the call center industry, requiring the individual to maintain customer relations through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage high volumes of incoming customer calls.

• Build and maintain trustful relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.

• Identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction and generate sales leads.

• Provide accurate, complete, and valid information to customers using the appropriate methods/tools.

• Achieve set targets and quotas for the customer service team.

• Handle customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within a timely manner and ensuring resolution.

• Maintain and process customer accounts, and manage related documentation.

• Record details of customer interactions and take necessary actions.

• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

• Go above and beyond to engage customers and exceed their expectations. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role

• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry and processing

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage multiple schedules

• Strong customer service skills and commitment to providing exceptional service

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work well in a team and foster a positive work environment

• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and demands of the role

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customer queries and complaints

• Willingness to continually improve and develop relevant skills and knowledge.
