Customer Service Representative in Cedar Hill, Texas

Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Cedar Hill, TX. This role primarily involves working within the financial services industry, handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, and processing loan applications.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent care through daily transactions and problem resolution.

• Originating new loan business with both new and existing customers.

• Analyzing and evaluating customer needs to recommend the best consumer loan and voluntary product solutions.

• Completing loan applications, proposals, and offers for new borrowers while also following up with pending applicants.

• Taking ownership of potential customer concerns and formulating strategies for potential problem loans in collaboration with management.

• Assembling loan folders, closing loans, and handling other miscellaneous tasks.

• Consistently meeting or exceeding loan goals.

• Servicing an ever-growing, complex consumer loan portfolio on a day-to-day basis.

• Processing insurance claims, follow-ups, and payments daily while maintaining insurance logs.

• Answering incoming phone calls and checking the branch’s voicemail.

• Building trust with customers and internal staff by demonstrating the philosophy of the organization, including core values, company policies, operational procedures, and compliance.

Requirements • Proven experience in Answering Inbound Calls

• Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service

• Demonstrated ability in providing excellent Customer Service

• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks

• Experience with Email Correspondence

• Ability to handle both Inbound and Outbound Calls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required

• Experience in Order Entry is necessary

• Ability to effectively Schedule Appointments
