Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Healthcare/NHS sector, based in Chandler, Arizona, 85224, United States. This job offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to manage customer accounts, process applications, and respond to inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer applications related to healthcare services efficiently
• Oversee and monitor customer accounts to ensure optimal service delivery
• Resolve any customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Keep an up-to-date and accurate record of all customer credit information
• Handle sensitive healthcare information in accordance with industry standards and regulations
• Work together with team members to deliver high-quality customer service
• Apply your skills in R Code, Customer Service, and Healthcare.gov to enhance service delivery
• Liaise with remote teams as needed to ensure seamless service provision
• Adhere to TRICARE and NIS guidelines in all customer interactions
• Use video tools for customer interaction when necessary Requirements • Applicants must have a strong background in Customer Service, preferably within the Healthcare/NHS industry.
• Must have experience with using HealthCare.gov for various customer service tasks.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing tools for customer interaction is a must.
• Familiarity with R Code is desirable, but not a mandatory requirement.
• Experience in working with offshore teams is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of TRICARE health program will be considered as a plus.
• The candidate should have a good understanding of the National Incident Management Assistance Teams (NIS) structure and operations. TalentMatch®
