Description

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Charleston, South Carolina. As a part of our service industry team, you will be primarily focused on processing customer-related tasks, maintaining up-to-date records, and resolving customer inquiries. Further, you will also be scheduling technicians. This role requires experience with ServiceTitan.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer applications related to credit

• Maintain an accurate record of customer credit information

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries professionally and promptly

• Monitor and manage customer accounts and take appropriate actions when required

• Dispatch tasks as part of your daily responsibilities

• Use your HVAC and Heating skills to provide superior customer service when needed

• Familiarize yourself with service titan software for efficient task management.

Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong focus on delivering superior customer service.

• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently.

• Comprehensive understanding of dispatching procedures and protocols.

• Familiarity with HVAC systems and heating solutions, with the ability to explain these to customers.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customer complaints or issues.
