Customer Service Representative in Corvallis, Oregon

Description

Our company is currently seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries, complaints and problems are resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.

  • Handling and resolving customer complaints.

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Providing customers with product and service information.

  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries or complaints as well as actions taken.

  • Monitoring customer service team and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.

  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships and updating customer databases.

  • Performing any other duties as assigned by the management.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.

  • Proficient in utilizing customer service software, databases and CRM.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress.
