We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our reputable client, a thriving Tier 1 Automotive Supplier. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in customer service/sales within a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to forge ahead in their career, ensuring top-quality customer experiences.
Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the order cycle, which includes but not limited to: PO review for accuracy, order entry, sending confirmations, issuing order status updates, tracking, and following up with proactive communication to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.

Liaise regularly with other departments including customer service at other locations, credit, logistics, supply chain, operations, and sales to ensure orders are shipped in full and on time to our customers.

Coordinate with management to authorize expenditures as needed to ensure delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Uphold our standard of excellence by ensuring compliance with all relevant processes, policies, and standards.

Effectively handle complex situations that may impact the company image, sales and costs.

Initiate the document dispute resolution process as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.

Efficiently perform all functions using various computer applications and communication channels.

Confirm and enter 16-week forecasts, verifying whether customer orders align with tool capacity.

Process manual orders and serve as the first line of communication for our customers.
Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience within a Tier 1 Automotive supplier environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills critical to this role.

ERP experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to work on site in North Georgia.
