Customer Service Representative

• Location: Dayton Beach, FL 32114 (2 days a week in office, 3 days a week work from home)

• Projected Start Date: 3/24/25

• Equipment Provided by Company

• Training Shift:

• 9:30am – 6pm, Monday through Friday (Fully on-site for 30 days)

• Regular Shift:

• 10:30am – 7pm after training (Hybrid)

• Key Responsibilities:

• Handle approximately 35-45 inbound calls per day.

• Assist borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions with insurance servicing questions.

• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $18.50/hr.
