Customer Service Representative in Denver, Colorado

TekSystems is hiring Entry Level Financial Services Representative for a leading investment firm in Denver!

$21/hour while you are on contract under TEK systems

$25.96/hour if you have the opportunity to convert to a full-time Janus Henderson employee

**You are not guaranteed to transition to an FTE after obtaining SIE or completing the contract. This is also dependent on attendance, performance, and current openings within the team.

You will be provided a parking pass for the Clayton Street garage near Cherry Creek’s outdoor mall and will walk to the office from there

Job Description

• Main responsibility is supporting investors through processing transaction requests, online account questions, and helping investors make a decision based on account goals

• Will also process purchase, redemptions, exchanges and other account transactions over the phone

• Help investors navigate and troubleshoot online or website issues

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer-service oriented role (i.e. retail, call center, etc.)

• Someone who is career-minded and can look to the future versus only living in the present role

• Someone who is ambitious to grow within the company

• Someone who has a strong work ethic and can self-manage at times

• Strong problem solving skills – comfortable not knowing the answer, but utilizing their resources to find it

• Strong customer service skills – ability to show compassion, empathy, and patience

• Strong attention to detail
