Customer Service Representative in Denver, Colorado

TekSystems is hiring Entry Level Financial Services Representative for a leading investment firm in Denver!

Pay Rate Opportunity:

• $21/hour while you are on contract under TEK systems (paid weekly)

• $25.96/hour once you convert to a full-time Janus Henderson employee

Start date: October 28th

Job Duties

• Answering inbound calls in a call center environment from investors through processing transaction requests, online account questions, and helping them make a decision based on account goals

• Will also process purchase, redemptions, exchanges and other account transactions over the phone

• Help investors navigate and troubleshoot online or website issues

• On average, you will be taking 30-50 inbound calls per day and your calls can last 7 minutes long (this breaks down to roughly taking 8 calls per hour during the workday)

Internal Growth Opportunity

-There is upward mobility within the company and below is the timeline within the

NLA(Non-licensed Agents) department

• NLA 1 Training for the first 8 weeks

• NLA 2 Training for 5-6 weeks (during this time will get SIE licensed)

• NLA 3/Ret 1 Training for 12-13 weeks (will then be hired on as a full-time employee if score 60% or higher on SIE)

• Then 4 weeks after becoming a full-time employee, you will need to get licensed in Series 6

• Will then go into Product Training 1 for 4 weeks, and want them licensed in Series 63 during this

• Will end with Product 2 Training and then will look at promotion/internship for the team or other teams in the organization
