Financial Services Representative

Pay Range: $21/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:30am-4:30pm (40 hours/week within this range)

Location: Denver, CO 80206

Job Description:

· Main responsibility is supporting investors through processing transaction requests, online account questions, and helping investors make a decision based on account goals

· Will also process purchases, redemptions, exchanges and other account transactions over the phone

· Help investors navigate and troubleshoot online or website issues

Qualifications:

· Customer Service – Candidate must have previous customer service experience in which they helped answer customer questions and resolve issues.

· Written & Verbal Communication – All communication via inbound calls from customers, minor email communication and minor chat communication.

· Microsoft Office – Will use basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word. Must be comfortable navigating computer while on the phone with customers

· Strong attendance and reliability is required in this role.

Preferred:

· Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree

· Financial Experience
