Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Durham, North Carolina. Our industry requires an individual who can handle high volumes of inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service. The workplace will be a fast-paced call center environment where you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in answering inbound and outbound calls, data entry, email correspondence, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through answering high volume inbound calls.

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and order entry tasks.

• Maintain and update accurate customer credit records.

• Schedule appointments as required by customers.

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications.

• Manage email correspondence with customers, providing timely and relevant information.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and complaints

• Experience in a call center environment, demonstrating strong customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring clear and detail oriented communication at all times

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of patience and empathy

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders
