Customer Service Representative in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Health Insurance industry, based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States. In this role, you will be working on processing customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and handling customer inquiries. Your role also involves monitoring customer accounts and taking suitable action.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy

• Keep customer credit records updated and precise

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Utilize skills such as video and R Code

• Apply knowledge of HealthCare.gov during customer interactions

• Cooperate with offshore teams when needed

• Have an understanding of TRICARE and NIS in the context of customer service. Requirements • Proficiency in utilizing video communication tools for customer interaction.

• Familiarity with the HealthCare.gov platform and its functionalities.

• Knowledge of R Code and its application in data analysis.

• Experience in liaising with offshore teams and coordinating tasks.

• Understanding of TRICARE health program and its benefits.
