Description

We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to be part of our client’s team on a contract basis through their busy season. The position involves handling customer inquiries all over email and maintaining customer records to ensure a smooth customer experience. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records

• Foster solid customer relationships by consistently being friendly, helpful, and proactive

• Receive and respond to customer emails, ensuring excellent communication and efficient assistance to new and current clients

• Maintain confidentiality of records and client information

• Use MS Outlook to ensure efficient and effective communication and record keeping

• Gather customer information via email

• Ensure the customer’s problem is solved

  Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office Outlook

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a customer service role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
