Customer Service Representative in Escondido, California

Description

Our client is seeking a lively and customer-focused Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer queries, resolve issues and ensure exceptional service. A key part of this role involves building sustainable relationships with customers, supporting customer loyalty and generating repeat business.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.

• Communicate with customers through various channels including telephone, email, and chat.

• Maintain a detailed and current understanding of our product offerings.

• Record customer interactions, comments, and feedback.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

  Requirements

• Strong track record as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in customer service software, databases, and CRM tools.

• Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with difficult customers.

• High school diploma; further education or certification is a plus.
