Description

A growing e-commerce company is seeking a professional and dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance their customer experience. This role involves managing and processing customer orders and addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Handle high amounts of incoming customer calls.

• Process customer orders and manage their accounts.

• Provide product and service information to customers.

• Handle and resolve product or service problems.

  Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
