Description

An outstanding company in Fallbrook is searching for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and customers alike by providing courteous and efficient support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.

• Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.

• Process orders, purchases, and returns while maintaining accurate customer records in the company database.

• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address and resolve customer concerns promptly.

• Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively and provide product recommendations.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is advantageous.

• 2+ years of customer service or related experience.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric mindset.

• Proficiency in CRM software and the ability to quickly learn new tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and prioritizing customer needs.
